wine2008 Tracy Hills Reserve Chardonnay

Tasting Notes: Our Chardonnay was fermented in Hungarian oak barrels for the sweet and delicate influences they impart. The gentle oak balances the lush tropical fruit adding complexity and finesse. Aromas of banana, pear and vanilla bean are graced with a dash of nutmeg and clove. These flavors mingle with pineapple, Crenshaw melon and Fuji apples on a lovely soft texture. A breath of toasty oak rounds out the body, finishing with a clean citrus note.
