Control from vineyard to bottle is one the secret to our wines, allowing us to change up the production to create a wine that is immediately drinkable and extremely drinkable at a tremendous value. In order to keep our costs down on these wines, they are predominately produced in tank with minimal oak barrel aging. They are produced under the same stylistic approach as our other wines with a balance in being fruit forward, bright acid and a touch of oak to add to the complexity.
