Best lots blended for our best Cabernet Sauvignons! Each year we come across a handful of Cabernet lots that are vintage "standouts" - these wines are sorted out from total production, blended, and used for our Lot Series. They are named for the lots used in the blend: Lot 231 is from primarily lot 2, then lot 3 and the smallest amount from lot 1... now you have the secret decoder to our lot series!
2007 Not Lot 6? We do have one very special lot blend to be released soon from our 2007 Cabernets. Harvest for our Cabernets was exceptional and fruit was so good, that our lot blend consisted of over 5 lots... the lot name was starting to look like a barcode number rather than a label name, so we named it after the one lot that was not in it... "Not Lot 6". Coming soon to a wine club shipment!

The water table is 110 feet deep allowing our vineyard manager to control the amount of water on the vines, stressing them to create small tight berries with amazing flavor.read more
