Blends you didn't expect, but you will love! Every year we seek to get our hands on "off the beaten path varietals" to create new and unique blends. Jeff Brown, family member and vineyard manager for our Mount Oso Vineyard, grows these unique varietals in small blocks; Nero de'Avola, Aglianico, Montepulciano, Tannat and Granache are some of the varietals grown.

Mount Oso VineyardThe Mount Oso region has the same rainfall as the Mojave Desert and the adjacent foothills steer the storms around the vineyard. The water table is 110 feet deep allowing our vineyard manager to control the amount of water on the vines, stressing them to create small tight berries with amazing flavor.read more

Our Pope Valley Vineyards are located on the backside of Howell Mountain. The vineyards are all hillside facing to the North East to greet the morning sun and to be cooled by the shadow of the mountain in the setting sun. read more

Canino Ridge is a 53 acre ranch in the Clear Lake County of Northern California owned by the husband and wife team Chris and Carolyn Ruttan. It includes a 6.5 acre Petite Sirah vineyard and a 100 year old grove of Canino Olive trees. read more
